Shipping policy

Policy:

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. After shipment, order usually arrives in 2-7 days. 

Shipment will be done as per the address form filled by you during the checkout. So, request to check shipping address carefully.

In case you need to change the address, it can only be done before shipping. Please contact as soon as possible, we will check at our end and let you know the possibility of change.

We provide free shipping for all our orders above 399 INR and 65 INR is charged for order below 399 INR. If you want premium shipping i.e. shorter shipping times, etc., please drop us an email or raise a request via form contact us or select express shipping at checkout.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

If you find a parcel is damaged or lost in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered , please contact customer service for next steps. 

You can claim a refund/exchange on your orders incase of damages or wrong product. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order. An opening video of the package without any cuts is MANDATORY to claim refund.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
