Refund policy

We do not have a return/exchange policy! 

Exceptional cases:

You can claim a refund/exchange on your orders incase of damages or wrong product. Please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery of the order. An opening video of the package without any cuts is MANDATORY to claim refund/exchange. Exchange is subjected to stock availability.

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@jewelsandstones.in or Instagram. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a return pickup, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Once the package is picked up and reaches us, we will refund the eligible amount or exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note:

There are No returns for size/ color/ weight concerns. We can support with required information to make a wise decision before placing the order. For the same, you can reach out at Email/ Whatsapp/ Instagram. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (~3 days window)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation:
Order can be cancelled only if it not processed or within 24 hrs of order, whichever is earlier. It is not possible to cancel the order once it is shipped.
